“Never regret thy fall,
O Icarus of the fearless flight
For the greatest tragedy of all
Is never to feel the burning light.”

Ah yes, Dresden could see it now; riddles back and forth between these two like tennis until they came up with a suitable answer to either of their questions, all of them, none of them - it was all going to get lost in the wind the more he dragged it out. But anyway, decided did he still to  answer the statement’s retort of a question … with another question. Purely because he was difficult and cared not to change.

“Depends, do you want to know what a real good time is?”

He licked his lips, realizing immediately that
getting an answer from him would be close
to impossible. However, Icarus was not the
type to back away from a good challenge.
          It’s on.

“Perhaps. Is there a chance that
                    learning about this ‘good time’
                    will land me in trouble?”

“If you only knew what we’ve been up to.”

He raised an eyebrow, debating for a second
whether his curiosity was worth being an
          accomplice
if it was a crime being spoken
of. It sounded far from completely innocent,
really, so the painter decided to answer with
          a question instead.
